Recognized at important ATA-Houston events, on the website, and in the newsletter. Honorary, Lifetime, and Outstanding Service designations are conferred by the Board.

Honorary recognitions

These designations recognize lifetime contribution and outstanding service. They are non-transferable and conferred by the Board of Directors.

Honorary Member
Conferred by Board resolution for distinguished service to the community.
Lifetime Member
Permanent membership for individuals whose contributions span decades.
Outstanding Service
For exceptional volunteer or organizational contributions, named annually.

Before you join.

Your membership renews one year after your join date. We'll email you a reminder shortly before it expires with one-click renewal.

Yes. Log in to the membership portal any time to cancel or change your membership. Dues are not refunded for the remainder of the year per Article I §4, but you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Membership dues are not tax-deductible because they confer member benefits. Donations beyond your dues are fully tax-deductible — we're a 501(c)(3).

Individual members and up to two adults from a single Family or special membership (Contributing, Sustaining, or Founding), provided they've been members in good standing for the prior year. Student and Corporate members do not vote. Full details in Article I §3.
